The Power Box RS TT-Lead is a high-quality shielded cable designed to connect the Power Box RS UNI 1-Way or 4-Way to a 15V DC Pro-Ject turntable. It allows users to improve on their turntable power supply, and thereby improve the overall performance of their record player.
The cable includes a linear voltage regulator to step-down the 20V output from the Power Box RS UNI to the 15 volts Pro-Ject turntables require.
The Power Box RS TT-Lead is supplied in 1.23m length, and it is available in two types: one for Pro-Ject's mid-range of turntables, and one for the high-end designs (see FAQ).
This listing is for the cable only. Click here to learn more about turntable power supply upgrades.
What is the difference between the standard and high-power TT Leads?
In terms of electrical design, both TT Leads are laid out the same. The only difference is that the "High Power" version has a vented box for the voltage regulator, and larger heat sinks. This allows it to better deal with the higher power demand required to run the heavier platter on the higher end turntables.
