Urgent order items are products that we do not normally carry on stock, but they are typically held on stock by our European suppliers. Depending on availability, we will seek to order these products quickly, when we have an enquiry. They can therefore be subject to quicker availability times than "Special Order" products.
Special Order items are those that are most often built to order. For these items, we tend to experience longer lead times as we negotiate them into the production line with our suppliers.

The E‑Glo FB features an all‑tube signal path with no semiconductors, using four ECC83s and four ECC88s for fully balanced amplification. Replacement valves are widely available, and users can fine‑tune performance with alternative tubes, including E.A.T.’s premium options.
A Lundahl LL1932 amorphous‑core transformer delivers 45 dB gain and supports split, fully passive equalisation without global feedback. New balanced XLR inputs support MC and specially modified balanced MM cartridges for interference‑free operation and an ultra‑low noise floor.
High‑grade Mundorf capacitors and Teflon‑insulated connectors ensure superior integrity, while polypropylene film capacitors enhance both the signal path and passive equalisation network. A semi‑crystalline hydrocarbon film delivers unmatched stability, low loss and excellent dielectric strength.
The external aluminium‑cased supply includes a custom toroidal transformer with double shielding to block RFI and provide cleaner mains filtration. Separating the supply from the chassis minimises electromagnetic interference for quieter operation.
Specialised diodes, premium electrolytic capacitors, a regulator with capacitor multiplier and a FET transistor contribute to exceptional stability and performance.
A full aluminium chassis, selectable valve illumination and accessible front‑panel switches enhance both usability and appearance. Optional magnetic side panels in makassar wood or piano black offer further customisation.
