Every month we turn our focus to one retailer from our wide-ranging dealer network, in order to highlight the importance of good, local service when buying your latest piece of hi-fi equipment. All the retailers we supply are able to offer a good level of service, and those features in Dealer Spotlight are shining examples of that commitment to supporting each and every customer they interact with. This month, we're turning our attention to Rayleigh in Essex, home to Rayleigh Hi Fi.
Rayleigh Sound & Vision is different from many other retailers and suppliers of hi-fi, home cinema and multi-room systems because, quite simply, we care deeply. Over the past 44 years, our reputation has become firmly established due to the fact that our business model is driven by the quality of our service delivery – we look after our customers and will always aim to do our best for them. When we set up our first store 44 years ago, it was with the express purpose of combining our extensive product knowledge with top-end service delivery. We are passionate about music and movies and we want our customers to have full access to the technology available.
