Every month we turn our focus to one retailer from our wide-ranging dealer network, in order to highlight the importance of good, local service when buying your latest piece of hi-fi equipment. All the retailers we supply are able to offer a good level of service, and those features in Dealer Spotlight are shining examples of that commitment to supporting each and every customer they interact with. This month, we're turning our attention to Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire, home to Deco Audio.
Deco Audio was founded in 2010 in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire by Peter Epsom (formerly of Noteworthy Audio) and Mark Orr (manufacturer of the Something Solid equipment support range). Between them they have over 40 years of experience in the hifi industry on both the retail and manufacturing sides of the industry and have very similar ideas about what makes a great sounding system.
In 2016, they moved premises to a larger space incorporating a large record store, workshop and service point, three spacious demonstration rooms and two large display areas. Here you will find a wide variety of Project turntable and electronics as well as a large selection of Ortofon cartridge including SPU models, all on demonstration.
"We aim to offer a relaxed, pressure free environment where everyone is welcome to call in for a chat and a coffee."
