Product Specialist and Technical Support Advisor

As a growing business, specialising in the exclusive UK distribution of some of the world’s most respected Hi-Fi and DJ equipment brands, we’re looking for a new member of the team to help support our technical, marketing and customer service departments in a varied role that suits dynamic workers with a strong work ethic who can integrate well into a friendly team.

The role will include building up a detailed knowledge of the products we sell in order to offer technical support to trade and end-customers over telephone, email and in person. An additional administrative responsibility will involve taking sole responsibility for the condition and maintenance of our sample stock and overseeing our in-house demonstration facilities. The role benefits an applicant who likes to get hands-on with premium audio and visual products, and one who is able to manage workload appropriately. Experience with Microsoft Office suite is essential, as is an interest in audio equipment and a valid UK driving license. Experience with Helpdesk software is ideal but not essential.

In-house training on our products will be provided to the successful applicant. The job is based at our company HQ in Didcot, Oxfordshire, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with some occasional weekend work.
