Urgent order items are products that we do not normally carry on stock, but they are typically held on stock by our European suppliers. Depending on availability, we will seek to order these products quickly, when we have an enquiry. They can therefore be subject to quicker availability times than "Special Order" products.
Special Order items are those that are most often built to order. For these items, we tend to experience longer lead times as we negotiate them into the production line with our suppliers.

There are many materials that can help improve your sound, from heavyweight glass platters, to acrylic, to vinyl topped however, one simple upgrade you can make is to switch out the felt mat (that comes as standard on many turntables) with a leather one.
This easy change offers a dampened surface from which to play your record, resulting in a tighter and more accurate reproduction, as well as the additional benefit of reduced static which will massively improve your listening experience. I made this upgrade on my Debut Carbon EVO and the results where far beyond what I anticipated!
