Opening their doors in July 2017, Austrian Audio was formed with a team of 22 former AKG personnel from management, acoustics, electronics, test and measurement, mechanical design, RF/wireless, and software and firmware – producing a range of professional microphones and headphones that quickly took the industry by storm. Later in 2023 they entered the premium hi-fi space with The Composer headphones and Full Score One amplifier, ushering in a new era for this increasingly popular brand.
