Urgent order items are products that we do not normally carry on stock, but they are typically held on stock by our European suppliers. Depending on availability, we will seek to order these products quickly, when we have an enquiry. They can therefore be subject to quicker availability times than "Special Order" products.
Special Order items are those that are most often built to order. For these items, we tend to experience longer lead times as we negotiate them into the production line with our suppliers.

At the heart of the Q5 is an ESS ES9028PRO 8-channel DAC, configured with four channels dedicated to each stereo side. This advanced digital-to-analogue conversion ensures exceptional clarity, tonal balance, and minimal distortion—delivering music exactly as the artist intended.
The Q5’s fully balanced architecture is supported by dual toroidal transformers and high-efficiency, low ESR capacitors. This design minimises noise and interference, ensuring pristine signal integrity and dynamic control across all playback levels.
Beyond CD playback, the Q5 supports 32-bit/384kHz PC-USB input with MQA and DSD 4x decoding, as well as 24-bit/192kHz coaxial and optical inputs. This makes it a flexible hub for high-resolution digital sources, seamlessly integrating into any premium audio system.
