• No, devices prioritize one connection type at a time. Ethernet is recommended for the most stable performance.

How do I set up my device on WiFi?

• Go to the Settings menu and open the Wi-Fi section. Turn Wi-Fi on using the option in the top right corner. A list of available Wi-Fi networks will appear. If a password is required, enter it when prompted. If no password is set, the system will connect automatically.

Which streaming services are supported?

• HiFi Rose supports Roon Ready, Tidal, Qobuz, Spotify Connect, and AirPlay 2.

How do I reset my device?

• HiFi Rose: Navigate to system settings and select 'Factory Reset.'

How to set or Change language?

• After initial Setup, the language setting screen will appear automatically. Or You can change the language in the Setting's section of the device however, if you change the language, the system will reboot.

How to connect Bluetooth?

• Open the Settings menu on your device and go to the Bluetooth section. Turn Bluetooth on using the option in the top right corner. Select Register New Device. When the list of available devices appears, tap the name of the device you want to connect to. To pair with the ROSE device, select its name from the list on your mobile device. When a pairing request message appears on your screen, tap OK. Once pairing is successful, the Bluetooth icon will turn blue and a message will confirm the connection. Any previously connected devices will also reconnect automatically.
